Platform Extra Costs

Some features within your Lead It Lab system incur small usage-based costs. These are billed automatically through your wallet and only apply when those features are used. These costs reflect the real-time charges from the underlying infrastructure that powers messaging, calls, AI tools, and email delivery — for example, services like Twilio, LeadConnector, and Mailgun.

1. Email Sending

• Cost: £0.0010 per email (approx. £1 per 1,000 emails)

• Example: £10 buys around 10,000 emails.

2. SMS Text Messages

Text messages are billed per segment, based on destination.

• UK messages: ~£0.012 each

• US messages: ~£0.011 each

• Inbound messages: charged at the same rate.

• Example: £10 buys around 830 text messages (UK).

3. MMS & Attachments

Picture or multimedia messages (where available):

• US/Canada: £0.033 per segment

• Other regions: prices vary.

• Example: £10 buys around 300 MMS messages.

4. Voice Calls

Charged by duration and destination.

• Outgoing calls: £0.021/min

• Incoming calls: £0.01275/min

• Example: £10 buys around 475 minutes of outbound calls or 785 minutes of inbound calls.

5. Dedicated Phone Numbers

Required for call and text functionality.

• Base charge: £1.50/month per number

6. Dedicated IP Address

Used for higher email deliverability.

• Cost: £88.50/month per IP

7. Workflow Premium Features

Triggers such as advanced actions, custom webhooks, and AI steps.

Verifies email deliverability before sending.
