1. Email Sending

Our platform uses LeadConnector Email (powered by Mailgun) so you can send emails without configuring your own SMTP. Emails are charged at approximately $0.675 per 1,000 emails, deducted from your wallet balance. If you choose to connect your own Mailgun account, you pay Mailgun's rates directly and can still send via the platform.

2. SMS Text Messages

Text messages sent through LeadConnector/Twilio are billed per segment. Pricing depends on the destination: in the US messages cost roughly $0.0075–$0.0085 per segment, while UK messages cost about £0.04 each. Inbound messages are also billed at the same rate. Charges are passed through at Twilio's wholesale rates with no mark‑up.

3. MMS & Attachments

Picture and multimedia messages (MMS) are available in some countries and cost more than SMS. For US and Canada recipients, MMS usually costs about $0.0165–$0.022 per segment. Pricing varies for other regions and is displayed in your messaging settings.

4. Voice Calls

Voice services use Twilio's network and are charged per minute. Outbound calls to US numbers cost about $0.014 per minute and inbound calls about $0.0085 per minute. Calls to UK mobiles cost around $0.03 per minute. Rates vary by country and carrier; the platform always displays current pricing.

5. Phone Numbers

Renting a dedicated phone number (local or toll‑free) carries a monthly charge. In the US, a local number costs about $1–$2 per month; UK numbers are similarly priced. You can purchase numbers directly in the platform and cancel them at any time.

6. Wallet & Billing

All usage‑based charges are deducted from your pre‑loaded wallet balance. You can add credit manually or enable auto‑recharge so your balance is topped up when it falls below a threshold. You have full visibility of your usage and can control your spending.
